Modern and minimalist duplex for 2 adults and 2 minors (NO 3-4 ADULTS OR VISITS) with outdoor jacuzzi in front of the PortBo, pedestrian area, close to cozy restaurants and boutiques (most closed in low season). The entrance (3rd floor) is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor there is a children's room (80x180 bunk bed), a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Upstairs is a suite (bed 150x200 and shower) with terrace and outdoor jacuzzi (year-round at about 30°)

The space
Please note that since the jacuzzi is located outside and without wind protection on winter or cool days, even if the water is hot, some bodies may feel cold at the moment of entering and leaving because there is no closed and conditioned atmosphere. The issue is not the temperature of the water, but the outside temperature. For safety, the use of glassware is not allowed in the hot tub area. The air conditioning (summer) and heating (winter) reach the entire house and also has smart TV and Wi-Fi. The price includes reasonable but not unlimited use of electricity, gas, and water. Check-in with free entry is possible thanks to the lockbox for the key. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept visits due to the abuse by some previous guests.

Other things to note
On arrival you must pay the tourist tax of the government (1€ person/night) and give the details of the passport or identity document of all guests.

Please respect the calm of the neighbors, it is a building and a quiet area.

IMPORTANT!
It must be said that Calella is a difficult place to reach by public transportation, especially off season. That is probably the reason why it is so well kept. I'll do my best to help guests without their own vehicle. The closest bus station is Palafrugell whereas the closest train station is either Caldes de Malavella or Flaçà. Calella is not an easy place to drive around either, especially in summer and sunny weekends. As in many old, small, traditional villages, most streets in the centre are narrow, steep, one-sense only and the village has a quite big pedestrian area. Even though the apartment is located on the beachfront, cars can drive past only a few steps from it and finding a nearby parking spot shouldn't be difficult in low season, but very complicated in high summer. Please do not follow your GPS through the restricted area as the narrow cobbed street has a few steps as well as a camera at the end of Chopitea Street (200€ fine). Instead, take Rambla del President Tarradellas and try to park near the church or the pharmacy (1 minute away on foot). The only public car park in town (24h surveillance) is open from June to September only. All paying parking areas are free all year round except for these summer months.
