Regular bus services to Windsor. Trains into central London or a short train ride to Reading. For Royal Ascot we offer guests a car service to the races for only £5 per person.

Our close proximity to a vast range of exciting landmarks such as Ascot Racecourse, Windsor Castle, Wentworth Golf course, The Look Out Discovery Centre, Legoland and in December, Lapland UK makes a convenient and cosy base for your stay.

Our close proximity to Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Reading & surrounding areas makes us the perfect stopover for business travellers. A comfortable bed, immaculate modern ensuite shower makes for a peaceful night's sleep. We use Smart technology providing you with an entry access code, so that you can enjoy independence and privacy whilst feeling at home.

If you are on holiday with your family or taking a romantic break with your significant other we are very near to Windsor and Bracknell, meaning that you will never be far away from local amenities or your next activity. For Race Day Events, we are only a 20min walk to the racecourse, or a short taxi ride away.
