Beautiful crossing apartment with balconies offering a nice view of Valencia and the Ardèche. Located in the heart of a peaceful, wooded neighborhood, you'll be a 20-minute walk from downtown. Free parking available at the foot of the building for cars and possibilities to park your bike in a closed bike garage.

The space
The space has been refreshed recently, so it's in good condition. It's a living space (I use one of the rooms like a workshop / office), it's not a hotel.

The two large East/West balconies offer plenty of light throughout the day. The west balcony overlooks the Chateau de Crussol and the Ardèche. It's nice to have a drink while watching the sun set.

Please note that the apartment is 1.2 km from the city center.
Disadvantage: To get there, you'll need to walk between 15 minutes and 20 minutes.
Advantages: You will appreciate the fact that the parking lots around the building are FREE and plentiful. There is always space and there is a good chance that your car will be visible from the apartment.
In addition, road access to the neighborhood (Le Grand Charran) is easy and quick. No traffic jams.

Suitable for solo travellers, couples, families with 1 child.

Well located for an easy stop without entering the city center halfway between the tolls of Valence-Nord and South Valencia. Easy access from LACRA (Valencia bypass).

Neighbourhood highlights

The Grand Charran neighborhood is a rather quiet and wooded neighborhood in which it's good to live. The building is made up of many houses with gardens as well as small buildings dating back to most of the '60s. The neighborhood is crossed by canals along which it is pleasant to walk.

That said, please note that you are in town and sometimes there may be noise.
