From front stoops to taxi cabs, brownstone Brooklyn is alive with stories. Sights and shows often draw tourists, yet welcoming nods from neighbors & coffee shop chats crystallize the New York experience. Just a 20 minute train ride away from lower Manhattan, our neighborhood offers both an oasis & culture that has inspired artists from Jay Z to Spike Lee. Historic brownstones, towering sycamores, award winning gardens make our block a majestic, tranquil respite.

The space
Our cozy garden level apartment is perfect for couples and/or families. The apartment has a separate entrance under the front stoop and is sealed off from access to the basement and our upstairs duplex so you enjoy a private space.

We are former super hosts back to listing our place as our city comes back to life for visitors. We have a cleaning person who does a deep clean after each stay.

It is a railroad style layout with the living room in the front room. The bedroom and dining area are in large open room followed by the bathroom to the side and the kitchen in the back. We also have a queen size inflatable bed that has a frame so that it doesn’t sit on the floor. The bed is a Frontgate Easy Inflatable bed that plugs in and inflated itself (see photo) it is best set up next to the coach area in the living room.

We share access to the backyard which you may use for your leisure on the garden level and we have a private deck up a set of stairs. A temporary note is to mind a small dirt area that we are working on for a future stone patio.

We have a booster seat and pack & play if needed. We also have a fully equipped kitchen—including coffee maker!

We are a 5-10 min walk from the JZ and the C trains. Both take visitors into lower Manhattan in about 20 mins.
