The space
Fun for couples and families with many on site amenities and nearby attractions. Golfing is a mile away. Hiking, wineries, historic towns of Dahlonega and Helen, and mountains about 30 minutes away. Atlanta is an hour away. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Large town, with hospital, restaurants, and shopping areas about 10 minutes way. A million miles away from everything but only minutes to all the conveniences of life.

Big master suite with king size bed and a second bedroom with a loft twin size bed over a queen bed, room for five to sleep. An elevated queen size air mattress is also available. The reclining leather couch is another option for sleeping.

The exercise/game room is a great place to workout, unwind, laugh and have fun playing one of the many games available. There is also a bags game (corn hole) available upon request. A DVD collection is also available for your use. We have a portable, waterproof Bluetooth speaker to use inside or out...even by the pool or on the dock.

On the patio is your own gas grill. A smoker is also available, if you want to smoke some meat or fish.

My husband and I recently retired to Lake Lanier from the Chicago area. We love the neighborhood we live in...a small, private area where the neighbors all look out for one another. I was recently a Director of Education at a small career college and my husband retired from a 40 year career in the TV business, working on such shows as Jerry Springer, Steve Harvey, Jenny Jones, Judge Mathis, NBC Sports, and many others. He has a ton of fun stories to share, if you're interested. We love living on the lake with a pool, too. Boating has become our new passion. Some of our interests are traveling, golfing, fishing, road rallies, cooking, and enjoying the many festivals around our area. We have a great sense of humor and love talking to people and learning about their lives.
