Perched on the hill above Romantic Zone in Old Town PV is our newly built luxury condo to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of bandera bay and lush jungle from the rooftop area with Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, Lounge Space, BBQ Grill and Gym. Located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently providing close access to restaurants, shops, beach and bars. Our unit has 1 bedroom, 2 sofa beds and 2 complete bathrooms, fully equipped and tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. A Genuine Mexican Stay!

The space
Our lovely unit accommodates up to 4 persons, in one bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full size sofa bed and an individual sofa bed in the living room both bedroom and living room with TV, Cable, Wifi and AC, and 2 complete bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, 6 stove, solid wood cabinets, cookware and serve-ware for your convenience. Apartment is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave Oven, Blender, Toast, Sandwich Grill, Dish Washer, Coffee Maker, Can Opener, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Iron, Dryer and Hair Dryer. In the unit terrace there is a Barbecue Grill for your private enjoyment and there is also a parking space available in case you need it.

Guest access
Common area in the rooftop includes infinity pool, jacuzzi, bbq outdoor grill, gym, lounge spaces and sundeck in which you can relax and enjoy the view to Sierra Madre mountains and its lush jungle, Bandera Bay and Puerto Vallarta Down Town overlooking specifically the entire Emiliano Zapata Neighborhood.
Puerto Vallarta has stunning views that you deserve to enjoy in our rooftop making this condo the perfect relaxing getaway location.
There is water purification system for the whole condo providing excellent potable drinking water that also gives a softer feels on the skin.
There is 24 hours security guard, security cameras and controlled access to the building.
If you would like cleaning service during your stay please ask property manager for availability, cost range goes from USD20 to USD30. For long stays please consider at least requesting one per week.

Other things to note
This unique town, Puerto Vallarta, with all its diversity and its long history serve as a model to all, being called the friendliest city is full of compassion, kindness, creativity and humbleness all around like few other places in the world. There is also just enough plain old ‘crazy fun’ going around to keep things constantly interesting. The real people of this place, both local and visitors blend in a wonderful mix. To share this place with others I hope they could see it and enjoy it to the fullest and live a genuine Mexican Vacation Stay.
