Golf Cart, jet ski and owners boat not for guest use.

Other things to note
Close to the Marina, that includes a launch ramp, gas , groceries, shops and a restuarant and over night parking , also within minutes is, Mountain Mike's Pizza, wine bar, local gas station and small shopping needs.

Our home is minutes from fast water for all the great water sports on the river.

Our bay is quiet where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking and playing in the water.

Local shopping center is 5 minutes away includes drug store, Safeway, gas station, Starbucks, restaurants, banking.
