Facing the ski slopes, we rent studio located in a touristic residence with 4 beds, furnished kitchen, bathroom and TV.
Blankets and pillows are available in the apartment while towels & bed sheets could be rent at the reception (10 €/person) unless you bring yours.
At check-in a € 200 fee will be charged to be returned when leaving against potential damages.
At check-out a € 50 cleaning fee will be charged by the residence.
A 1,5 €/day per person touristic tax is charged by the Municipality

Guest access
- Shared Properties Reception office is located along the walking path in front of the ski slopes underneath the canopy at the ground level.
- Working hours are 9,30-12,30 / 16,00-18,00
- Check-in can be made at any time during the day but access to the apartment is granted from 3.00 pm onwards.
- In case you arrive outside working hours, a mobile number will be available on a sign outside the reception.
