Bruno is a great host. He has explained everything we need. Also he has printed the train tickets for us and he was very helpful in every moment. I totally recomend Bruno's apartment

Bruno was an excellent host. His apartment was well presented, very comfortable and in a nice area. For example there are many nice restaurants and an excellent patisserie close by. Short walk to the metro. Highly recommend Bruno's place- would stay again.

A great apartment with great location. Only four stops from Gare du Nord. Bruno is really a nice man. Strongly recommended.

Bijou apartment. Lively location hence is noisy in the mornings. The lift to the 4th floor is tiny and will only take 2 people and a small suitcase. Bruno is charming and very helpful. Great area to explore from.

The flat is Ok. It is greatly located near Montmartre and has lots of bistros, brasseries and boulangeries around. The flat is warm with a pre-programmed boiler and has all the linen, cutlery and kitchen utensils you may need. We were a family of four and our stay was good overall. Bruno is a nice and warm person who greeted us on arrival and left a map with instructions and directions for us. He gave us his mobile phone and when on one occasion we contacted him asking for a recommendation for dinner, he replied promptly and nicely. On the downside, the flat is smaller than it looks judging by the pictures, there was some dust and small tiny little bugs running on the bathroom floor and the walls and ceiling of the bathroom were stained with mould. The towels and bed linen were quite worn out and there was no shower gel. Nonetheless, he offered us to use his coffee, oil and condiments, which came very handy when dining in with the kids. Overall, not the best stay we have ever had, but not too bad either and OK value for money. If you want a warm, small well located retreat in Montmartre and are not looking for luxuries, look no further.

Response from Bruno:
We warned Ricardo that there had been a water damage recently in the bathroom, which explains the bad condition of the walls in this room. The restoration will be done very soon. I do not see what are the creatures that Ricardo is speaking about ?? There is actually a bit of dust on the balconies outside, but it rained a lot in Paris before they arrived, which explains its presence.

The apartment was amazing! Bruno is AWESOME! Plus there was a lift... which for us was awesome! Additionally, he provided us a crib for the babies and a seat for the babies. He was super receptive, gave a full tour of the apartment, and was helpful when we checking in (especially, when we got on wrong train...). Furthermore, Bruno helped us with suitcases, getting a taxi, maps etc. Generally, it would take us between 30-45 minutes walking, with twins in a stroller, to get to some sights. But, near the apartment, if you go up, you can see all of Paris and there are restaurants there as well. Plus, at night, we would rent bikes and take a tour of the city that way. I cannot say enough about this host. He was super friendly, and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I will recommend him and his place to all people wanting to go to Paris!

Bruno was a great host and made us feel very welcome in his home. The photos are very accurate. The only thing that I would like to note is the central room only has the white couch and the red chair to sit on comfortably, so if you're a group of 4 or 5 you may be competing for a place to sit. (Or you can go out and enjoy the wonderful neighborhood cafes!) The street is a bit loud, but I'm not sure if you can find a quieter one in Paris. The double pained windows do a good job keeping the noise out.
