Private 1 bedroom carriage house with view of the ocean and Chinese Garden. Steps away from harbourfront walkway to downtown. Has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi and gas fireplace. Off street parking and private entrance. Just added a laptop friendly workspace in the living room.

Older and quiet neighborhood. Many small parks in the area. Close to restaurants/pubs on waterfront. Yacht club and marina nearby.
20 minute walk to Maffeo Sutton Park, about 25-30 minutes to downtown area. Do hear and see floatplanes going to Vancouver.

We love living on Vancouver Island, Canada. My husband and I have 3 lovely (grown up) kids who all live in BC. I love my work providing peer support group programs for grieving children & their families and I enjoy art (paper pulp sculpting and painting) and knitting socks. My husband is a builder and enjoys fixing things. We both grew up in Europe and still have lots of family there. Now grateful that our home is close to the ocean, mountains and trees.
