New home sits on 5 acres with private lake access. The unit is a locked lower level and includes full bath, 2 queen bedrooms, 3 televisions, and a spacious living area with wet bar, small fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. It is only 20 minutes to Traverse City or Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Explore one of the small towns in nearby Leelanau County or help yourself to a kayak on Sweet Lake. We live upstairs and you can have as much privacy or interaction as you wish.

The space
Sweet Lake is a pristine, private, no wake lake. This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy all the beauty of Northern Michigan. This is not a party house.

Guest access
You will have full access to the lower level and can lock all doors for privacy. Feel free to use lake and surrounding 5 acres.

Other things to note
Self check-in with numeric keypad. There is a charcoal grill for you to use. We supply the charcoal and cooking utensils. Please note the maximum number of guests is four.

There are many hiking trails nearby and we are only 20 minutes from the beautiful sunsets on Lake Michigan.
