The space
Welcome to your cozy Charleston escape! This private second-floor 1-bedroom apartment is bright, comfortable, and perfectly located downtown—just minutes from King Street and Spring Street. It’s an ideal home base for couples, friends, or business travelers looking to explore Charleston while enjoying the convenience of FREE off-street parking (rare downtown!).

The apartment is located in a small mixed-use building with commercial spaces on the ground floor and two residential units above. While you’re right in the middle of everything Charleston has to offer, the unit itself is private, quiet, and set up for a relaxed stay.
