Roncales Travellers Inn is architecturally designed and styled complex offering an affordable and comfortable accommodation. Our fully air conditioned rooms feature various bedding arrangements, kitchenette and a LCD flat screen TV. Our Inn is located along Mendez-Tagaytay road. It has a great location, close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The Sydney room
This room is a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment featuring a spacious room with plenty beds, own bathroom and kitchenette. This room is for 7 pax, maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 2 additional children. Additional charge applies to extra pax per night.
*Main bedroom:
1x queen sized bed with pullover bed
1x double size bed with pullover bed
1x bunk bed
*Second room: Double sized bed (can fit 2 pax)
Maximum of 8 adults plus 2 children occupants only per stay.

We have now fixed our water supply issue in the building. We have added extra water tanks and water pump to provide a continuous supply of water.
For safety purposes of our guests and the whole premises:
-We have a 24-hour security CCTV surveillance systems installed in the whole building (except in the guest’s rooms) and
For any issues/ problems during your stay, please contact the host immediately. We are happy to assist you.
Guest access
We want you to feel at home.
Guests have access of the entire apartment during their stay. Balcony and hallway are shared with other guests.
The Rooftop
Guests can also access “The Rooftop” for free if there is no scheduled event on that day (EXCEPT the function room). This place is ideal to have a relaxed social gathering or just sit back and relax in a lazy afternoon or while stargazing at night.
We also accept bookings and reservations for the function room at an affordable price.
Other things to note
General terms and conditions:
*Check-in time: 2:00-7:00 PM
Late check-in is possible upon request. Failure to arrange late check-in will incur extra charges.
*Check-out time is strictly at 12NN
Late check-out can be requested if possible, but will incur extra charges.
*Children age: 0-11 years old stays free when using existing beds
*Any excess to the pax limit per room will be charged of Php 500/head/ night with complete bed setup
*Early check in and late check out can be requested via messaging system, and will be accommodated if possible.
*Upon check-out, please turn over key at the Front desk.
Lost key will be charged at Php 500.00 per piece
*Upon check-out, please allow our Housekeeping staff to check the room for any damage/ missing items.
-Our Inn has an easy access from the main road, with stairs but no lift available.
- FREE room service cleaning for stays 2 nights and more, just request it to the Front Desk.
*Valuables: The Inn shall not be held liable for loss or damage to the valuables left in the room.
***House rules and regulations
-Smoking (cigarette, tobacco, vape and electronic cigarette) inside the room is strictly prohibited. Fines apply.
-Strictly drinking or bringing in of alcoholic drinks are NOT allowed in the room. Fines apply.
-No parties allowed in the room (We have a separate function room available for rent)
-Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas
-No loud noise from 10PM onwards (Barangay policy)
- Strictly no pets allowed. Fines apply.
-Cooking is allowed using the induction cooker. Please use the provided cooking pan only.
- Bringing in of electrical appliances are strictly prohibited. Fines apply.
-Please help us to segregate your trash by disposing it in the appropriate bin.
-Upon check-in, please report to the Front Desk immediately for any damage or broken fixtures. Any damage / loss on the equipment/ property will be charged to the guest account.
- Parking is free of charge for guests but first come first serve basis only. Street parking available.

***We are environmentally conscious Inn, change of towels and linen is done on every 2nd day of stay.
-Request for extra bed linens set: pillowcase/blanket/bedsheet, Php 500/ set.
-Request for extra bath or hand towels, Php 100 per towel.

Any additional payment will be payable upon check-in at the property.
