Beautiful flat within the wide property that houses the wonderful Odescalchi Castle. The house has a beautiful garden and seaside view. Built in the fifteenth century, Il Casale sul Mare is surrounded by pine trees and palms, you will be immersed in a place of great historical and cultural interest, in the middle of the city centre, a stone's throw from the harbour and the immense blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea!
The space
This lovely apartment is on the first floor of the old medioeval Casale. It consists of 2 large double bedrooms, living-room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Feel free to enjoy and refresh yourself swimming in the sea that is just 5 minutes walk away, discover the lovely little “Piazza” located in front of the property!
Guest access
The guests can use the garden in front of the Casale as relaxing area with comfortable deckchairs.

IF GUESTS ARE IN DELAY DURING CHECK IN, THEY WILL BE CHARGED WITH AN EXTRA COST OF EUR 25 AFTER 15 MIN DELAY. FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR DELAY, THE EXTRA COST WILL BE EUR 50.
THE SANTA MARINELLA MUNICIPALITY HAS ANNUNCED FROM APRIL 1, 2019 A TOURIST TAX TO FINANCE THE TOURIST AND CULTURAL EVENTS OF THE CITY FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD. THE AMOUNT OF TAX CORRESPONDS TO 1.5 EURO PER ADULT, FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 DAYS PER YEAR. IF THE GUESTS WANT, I CAN CALCULATE FOR YOU THE TOURIST TAX BEFORE THE RESERVATION.
In order to preserve the original atmosphere ot the house and its sorroundings is necessary to follow some simple rules:
- Respect the neighborhood tranquillity, please avoid noise;
- Pets are not allowed, including service animals;
- Please do not smoke in any part of the house;
- Help us to be ECO-Friendly, the recycling rules are MANDATORY and, those who do not respect the rules be fined with 100 EUR.
• Standard check-in from 15:00 until 18:00. Earlier check-in can be arranged on request.
• Standard check-out from 9:00 until 10:30
• Late check-in from 18:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 20
• Late check-in after 00:00 costs EUR 40
• Early check-out from 6:00 until 8:00 costs EUR 20
• Early check-out before 6:00 costs EUR 30
• Pets are not allowed
• Change of bed linen and towels costs EUR 20
• House cleaning during your stay costs EUR 30
• Both services (bed linen/towel change and house cleaning) cost EUR 45
The above services should be requested at least one day in advance and paid for in cash.

The apartment is inside the ancient Casale close to the Odescalchi Castle. In front of it there is a wonderful garden: inside the garden the kind guests can enjoy the sea atmosphere in a reserved area.
In the garden, guests could meet the small Jacks of the owners of the other apartments. In the reserved area there are tables and seats and many beach loungers and beach chairs: the perfect place to enjoy the sun and eat fresh fruit in the shade.

The Casale is in the heart of historic centre of Santa Marinella, just few steps from the Odescalchi Castle. The building is in the Castles garden. Not far from the flat you can visit one of the most ancient roman harbour ruins. In the Casale area there are traditional restaurants and shops where you can brief the genuine Italian seaside atmosfere.
