Charming villa, all comforts, at the bottom of the historic Old Village of Eze, between Monaco (10 min) and Nice (15 min).

It is located 5-minutes walking distance from the historic village.

It is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, terrace, garden, parking.

From the villa you can enjoy spectacular views of the historic village and the sea.

It is rented IN ITS ENTIRETY to our travelers (not shared with other people).

The space
The villa accommodates 6 people and consists of:

- Bedroom 1 en suite with a queen-size double bed or 2 single beds (your choice), attached shower room and toilet, hairdryer, towel warmer, large wardrobe, ironing board and iron, direct access to the terrace.

- Bedroom 2 en suite with a double bed, attached shower room and toilet, hairdryer, towel warmer, large wardrobe, direct access to the terrace.

- Large living room with a Poltronesofa queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), new and very comfortable mattress. Smart TV. Separate toilet with hand basin.

- Laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack.

Air conditioning and Fiber WIFI in all rooms.

Each room of the villa (kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms) offers a breathtaking view of the historic Old Village and the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (brands LIEBHERR and DE DIETRICH): dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, NESPRESSO machine, dishes, pots, pans, table and chairs.

The garden area is equipped with an outdoor lounge, dining table for 6 people and chairs, WEBER barbecue, and umbrellas.

We provide our guests with a heated jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace (optional).

A private parking space located right at the entrance of the property is available for our guests. This parking space is not suitable for very low vehicles (Porsche, Audi A5, Mercedes C-Class) or very wide vehicles (van, truck). But it is suitable for an SUV like a Range Rover, or even a Renault Espace. However, there are free parking spaces 20 meters away on the same road before reaching the villa.

The property is fully fenced and secured with an electric pedestrian gate.

We are flexible with check-in times, feel free to ask us :)

We provide: coffee capsules, tea/herbal tea bags, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, trash bags. In each bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper rolls.

Eze is a small charming village, medieval, perched on its rock and overlooking the sea and the entire Côte d 'Azur, with its superb cobbled streets, the perfect place for people who love nature and hiking.
You will be amazed by the magnificent view of the Mediterranean that is available to you in Eze, from the many hiking trails including the Nietzsche trail. The walk from this trail is just beautiful!!

To get around by car:
Below the villa there is a road named "la moyenne Corniche" which allows you to go very easily, east side: in Monaco (10 min), Menton and Italy (20 min) and west side: in Nice (15 min), Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-mer (10 min).

To get around by bus:
From the villa it is very easy to get around Nice, Monaco and nearby towns by bus as the bus stop "EZE VILLAGE" is located right next to the villa.
The beaches of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap d 'Ail and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat are accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 83.
Nice is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 82.
Monaco is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 112
