Location was amazing. This is in the heart of the Zona Romantica. It's super close to the beach and you can even see it from the balcony. I never felt unsafe and there's people walking around all the time. The bedroom is far from the balcony so there is no street noise. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Mila & Jesus’ Apartment La Palma #3 is in a great location. The first of many reasons it was good for me was that I had friends staying within a block or two; and for another it is very convenient to many restaurants, convenient stores, shopping, entertainment, and, of course, the beach, pier, and walks along the beach and across the Rio Cuale to the Malecon and the center of town. There are many nearby restaurants of note are Cafe Bohemio (across the street), Coco’s Kitchen, Maximilians, and Salad (all within a block or two), El Mole, Joe Jack’s Fish House, and Cafe de Ola are not far either. The Coffee Cup (next door) was great for coffee and/or a light meal/snack. I used the WiFi at the Coffee Cup since we were not able to get the Internet to work in the apartment. Jesus gave me the password for the Internet in his office on the ground floor below the apartment but for some reason the Coffee Cup Internet worked better for me. Either way I was not able to get Internet in the apartment working. Probably Jesus needs to get his tech to trouble shoot the WiFi issues. I enjoyed the balcony with its view of the water to the left and the main street Olas Altas to the right. Also one can see fireworks around the downtown Cathedral from that balcony. The apartment itself was clean but pretty basic, perhaps dated. I did have to purchase matches to light the gas stove, bath soap and shampoo for the shower, and dish soap for the kitchen; it would be nice if these were provided. The television was older and had a limited selection of channels including Telemundo. It would have been nice if some International channels, such as CNN, were available. I found the large (probably king size) bed to be quite firm which was to my liking. Botton line: the apartment worked well for me but If it were to be upgraded it would have the potential to command more money. I did have one safely concern. one time when I tried to leave I could not get the slider on the gate to open and was trapped inside. I could not reach Jesus to make him aware of the problem because I did not have Internet access inside. Fortunately, I had a mobile phone that had service in Mexico and I was able to call and left a message for Jesus and Mila. But fortunately about 30 minutes later the gate problem got resolved; probably by another resident in the building who knew how the “un-freeze” the slider that had refused to release. The lock is older and it may need replacing soon or instructions for new persons on how to resolve a malfunction. I appreciate having the opportunity to stay at La Palma #3 for my one week stay in Puerto Vallarta. It was my first AirBnB experience and I look forward to more; perhaps...

Perfect location in Old Town/Romantic zone. Close to the beach. Jesus met me promptly as promised. The apt was perfect, just like living there. I will rebook again. Thanks :)

Great neighborhood and a great location. The apartment was exactly what I had expected and Jesus was very accommodating. He met me at the apartment early, showed me around, and I saw him several times during the three weeks I stayed. I will definitely stay again.

Jesus was a very welcoming host, and was able to easily arrange to me at the apartment both before and after my stay, as well as make any accommodations that were requested throughout (his office is very close to the apartment so if you have a question he can be easily reached). The apartment itself was very cozy, in a HIGHLY recommended part of town near the waterfront. Will stay again.

La ubicación de este departamente es inmejorable, a una cuadra de la playa y de los mejores restaurantes y vida nocturna del centro de Vallarta, las fotos y descripción corresponden tal cual al departamento.
