There is also a brand new playground across the street for children. Being located in one of the nicest suburbs of Buffalo this is a great central location and a very family friendly town putting you minuets away from most Buffalo attractions

3 bedroom two bath house with a fenced in yard. Patio is furnished with table and chairs and the inside of the house is fully furnished with a northern farmhouse flare. This is a quiet family neighborhood with local shops and spots to eat min away.
