Groom's Cottage is a cosy 1 bedroom cottage converted from the former stables of a large country house. Set in woodland. Small garden area with patio and private parking for 1 vehicle. Central heating, gas fire, bath with shower over, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave. All you need to cook your own meals-except food. 4 miles fM6 Jct. 36, 4 miles Kendal 12 miles Windermere. Owners live on site if advice or help is needed.

We request that shoes are removed in the cottage. Please respect our privacy and do not enter the gardens directly surrounding the main house.
No smoking in the cottage even with the windows open! Please do not smoke close to the windows and doors of the other cottages and remember if returning late others may be sleeping nearby.
