This is a really great place to stay if you're coming to Rome, whether for a few days or for several weeks. I stayed in the apartment for a month while I was learning Italian at a language school and exploring the city. The location is wonderful--near good restaurants and cafes (of all price levels), as well as the very beautiful Janiculum hill/park area, and it is easy walking distance to central Rome. The apartment itself is quiet and well-equipped, and if it is missing anything you need, the host Michele will gladly help you out. Even though it doesn't have air-conditioning, the apartment stays surprisingly cool in the summer because it's on the ground floor. Michele is the ideal host--very friendly and conscientious, available whenever you need his help, but never overbearing.

great space to have some good days in Rome. The flat is located between countless restaurants and bars. For those who prefer some silence, Trastevere has a lot of calm streets to avoid the tourism. I would like to point out that the communication with Michele was really easy!He is really cooperative!

The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the listing. There were plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen for preparing pasta dishes and frying eggs and making simple meals. It is in a nice area of Trastevere, which gets quite crowded in the evenings, but the only sounds that we could hear from within the flat were other people within the building, which houses several other apartments. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the closet and dresser. It was nice to be able to eat a couple of meals in the very small courtyard, until the weather got too cold for this.

MIchele was a great host! Super nice, helpful and accommodating. Was always quick to respond and gave us lots of helpful tips about places to visit and how to get around in Rome. Overall the flat had everything you would need. Washroom was a bit small and gets a bit cramped and wet when you shower but its clean. Location was great and despite being on a very busy street , it's nicely tucked away from the front door of the building so you dont hear any of the noise from bars and restaurants that are right next door. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, especially if you want to be close to restaurant and bars in Trastevere.

Our journey in Rome was amazing. Michelle's flat is very nive and the BEST location in Rome. One of the best places to walk around at the evening, to have dinner, etc... and very close to centro storico. We were able to walk Rome from the appartment. Michelle is a very very nice amphitrion. First day he give us a lot of recommendations for where to eat, where to shop.... Just in front of the appartment there is a nice restaurant called la Prosciuteria, and also in Via della Scala there is Trattoria da Massimo where we ate the best spaghetti caccio e peppe and the best ossobucco ever! Last day Michelle was so kind to recommend also things to do and places to go near his office. We highly recommend to stay in Michelle's flat.

Michele User ProfileMichele is a superhost.

My family is in Tourism business since 1968 and our passion is still strong.
My goal is to improve year by year my services and to collaborate with all our customers to better organize their journey in the properties located in the heart of Rome.

The difference between me and my competitor is the seriously in business, the quality of the services, the kindness of my personnel, the availabilities in solving problems linked to the vacation in the flats.
My catchword is “ THE ART OF HOSPITALITY”
