Located in a small and peaceful city of Mlini, our house is surrounded by mild Mediterranean climate, tradition, beauty and Dubrovnik hospitality.
The vicinity of the Dubrovnik Airport and the “pearl of the Adriatic” with its ancient walls make this spot the ideal destination for a perfect holiday and stay near Dubrovnik.
The outskirts are surrounded by a park, which encourages its riot of colors. There is a footpath for walks along the sea, it is built among the majestic pines. Children here will not be bored, because you can play pranks and gambol on the well-equipped playground. For travelers who wish to enjoy the clear sea and the inimitable nature, as well as for those who have plans to diversify their holiday with acquaintance of the cultural and historical heritage of Southern Dalmatia.

The house (called Villa Marina) is a comfortable, modern house built in 2011. Great location: right between two ancient cities, Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both 10 km away from the spot and easily reached by bus or by boat, makes it a good choice for your convinient accomodation.
Mlini is a small and peaceful town considered to be one of the best in the region of Dubrovnik, located at the foot of the mountain Spilan, in a place with beautiful nature.
You will be thrilled at this small idyllic spot on the coast, rich in tradition and historical and cultural heritage dating back to the ancient times, as well as plenty of sun and lush vegetation which has been kept and nourished from the earliest times.
From the Dubrovnik airport you can reach us by taxi or shuttle bus. Bus goes every hour excluding night time. Please ask the driver to stop at Mlini. The journey takes 15-20 min. Bus ticket costs 40 kunas (approx. 6 euros). We can also meet you by car, if it's not a night or early morning time. The price - 15 euros.
Our house has a perfect location for visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The bus stops are just outside the house. To Dubrovnik - on the same side of the road. The trip to the city center takes about 15 minutes along the breathtaking sea view. Generally bus driver announce the stop. It is just after going under the bridge.
The bus stop to Cavtat is on the other side of the road, to the left of the house if facing the sea. Tickets can be bought from the driver and in newsstands called Tisak.
You can also take a boat trip to Cavtat and islands. This service is on the beach side, down the house, just go straight down to the sea.
We also provide a car for rent, chevrolet cruze with automatic transmission, 2013. Price - 50 euro/day.

Please note that price of the apartment doesn't include local tourist tax. It is paid to local authorities by us and will be asked upon your arrival.
It's approx. 1 euro per day of your stay for adults and 0,5 euro for children.
Please leave the place as you found it. Respect the neighbors.
Check in and check out are flexible, but must be agreed upon.
Baby bed (cot) and baby seat are available, we take no charge for it, but they should be requested before arrival.

Now I'm living in splendid Saint Petersburg and work in the art business.
My mom lives in Samara. She is a tennis court manager.
Few years ago she fell in love with Croatia, and Dubrovnik in particular.
So she found herself a spacious house near the sea in a small and peaceful town of Mlinii, that is 10 km (6.21 miles) away from Dubrovnik.
One apartment she left for herself. Three others are for rent, all together or separately.
We come there only on vacation. Other time our local friend Zora, who lives in Dubrovnik, will be your guide and support during the stay.
