Our reclaimed timber Carriage House studio is set in a stunning landscape surrounded by mountains, wildlife, and a wide, winding creek. With a contemporary interior, you can cozy up by the fireplace in winter or throw the french doors open in summer.
Many superb hiking trailheads nearby including our own 2.5 miles of trail with a 5 mountain range vista. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife only 20 minutes away in university town of Bozeman. World class skiing is a 40-minute drive to either Big Sky or Bridger Bowl. Fishing and floating on the Gallatin River (10 minutes) and Madison River (30 minutes). Yellowstone National Park is 60 miles away for additional adventure.
Cottonwood Creek for wading and a possible trout. Two+ miles of trail cut into the bench that take you to the top 50 acre plateau, great for sunsets and a view of the 5 surrounding mountain ranges. You are free to roam anywhere on the land, commune with cranes, elk, owls, eagles.

Mary and Ken live in a cabin on the land. We are available for any questions or guidance, though we keep a low profile you so that you can feel alone in the wild.

Mary and Ken raised their three children while living around the world. They settled in Montana a few years ago and truly enjoy having guests on the land. Mary is a certified chef and Ayurvedic wellness instructor. She teaches cooking classes in town and loves to meet new people. Ken has lived internationally all of his life. He's active in business, a mentor to young professionals, and passionate about Montana skiing. Where are they eager to travel next? Bhutan, Bangkok (to visit their son and daughter-in-law), and Japan, where they lived as young people.
