Catawba Island living! This charming Gem Beach condo is a great place for your family vacation. This second floor unit has two bedrooms plus new sofa sleeper. Provides the ideal accommodations for families looking to unwind in a true beachfront property. Newly redecorated. Full kitchen. Ample dining seating. Veranda with lovely view of the lake. Unit rents for full week Sat. to Sat. in Summer weeks. For Fall weekends, we would consider a shorter stay.

The space
If you are a sun and sand lover, this is your ideal property. You can’t get any closer to the beach and water than this location. A slice of heaven for people who can’t get enough of lakefront living. Gem Beach is a long, wide, professionally groomed stretch of beach.

Unit includes all of the comforts of home, dishes, appliances, and fully stocked utensils. Access to a grill is also available for summer cookouts.

Whole unit access. Two parking spots included. Access to beach and common green space with picnic tables.

Other things to note
Guests are required to clean unit before departure.
No lifeguard on duty at Gem Beach, swim at your own risk.

Vacation community. Resort feel. Everyone is on vacation here. Spend a day at Cedar Point and another at Put -n- Bay. This is a great location. Short walk to Gem Beach Marina. There is just so much to do at Catawba Island and in the immediate vicinity.
