If you're looking for something different far away from the mass-tourism, this is the perfect place for you. the hostel is located almost in the middle of nowhere, to rent a car is definitely the best option. the nature all around is beautiful and you can find many different hiking routes, which are all worth to do. the room was good, and as it is a hostel you don't have a private bathroom of course. it depends what you are searching for. lovely crew which constantly keeps on beautifying the place and which always likes to give you advise for the best places to go. all in all a nice project and i would recommend it! thank you mr. president ;)

Very nice hostel. Everyone was really friendly and made us welcome. The roof terrace was perfect to hang around. Also everyone tryed to be quiet in the evening and early morning. We enjoyed it a lot and would defenitely come back.

Fransesco's place was a very pleasant start of our stay at Gran Canaria. Fransesco made us feel welcome and at home and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The place feels like a nice hostel with shared bathrooms and a kitchen everyone can use. If you like to be away from big places and touristic spots you feel very comfortable. Nearby is a small beach with a restaurant that serves delicious fish meals at lunchtime.

Francesco was a most welcoming host which was reassuring as there were so many, mainly young, people around as we arrived at Blablabla, living as it seemed in a sort of commune. These turned out to be a mixture of very nice helpers, working guests and genuine holidaymakers like us. So were taken slightly by surprise to be joining a community, sharing all the services. However our two days there were great fun on the whole. We were treated to a joint evening meal on our first evening along with other new arrivals, five young Ukrainian men who were excellent company for us 70 odd year-olds. Blablabla lies on a rough track about 8 miles down a spectacular valley from the even more spectacular west coast mountain road, a ten-minute walk from the stony beach where we spent most of our time, sketching in the sunshine and in the evening eating paella and drinking beer at the waterside restaurant. All very pleasant! This two-night stop was an unusual experience for us but one we will remember for a very long time, especially for the friendliness of the both staff and guests at Blablabla.

Friendly hosts and guests. Easy walk to beach which has a restaurant but very stony. We never tried to swim here. A car is very useful. There is an infrequent bus service. There is a nice small local bar in walking distance where you can eat, or you can eat in the hostel or cook in the guest kitchen. We went walking in the hills each day, a shorter drive than staying in the playa del ingles area.

This is a magic place! Francesco is a heartly person and wanting the best for his guests. Cool house with the banana trees embracing it, cosy rooms, wonderful wild nature around and it's a nice atmosphere between people from many different countries. If you want to get away from turists and traffic, if you long for nature to fill you with harmony - go here! I hope to get back some time! Thank you Francesco, you create a wonderful place on the Earth!
