La Casa del Pirul is set within Villas Xichu Happiness Holistic Center,  a 12,000 m² gated property featuring centennial trees and volcanic rock that will make you feel calm and peaceful.

This house is located in front of a leafy pepper tree (pirul), giving it its name. Its private terrace has beautiful views of the park.
