Guests will have a private bedroom where they will be able to rest undisturbed.
There are two full bathrooms that will be shared with other guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and guests are welcome to cook their meals there. We only ask that guests try to accommodate each other by occupying the space for a few hours at a time.
The living room has a TV and sofa.
The laundry room is open after 6 PM on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
There is free wifi house-wide.
Our parking lot accommodates two cars.

During your stay
The home owner, Hoa, resides in the basement of the premises, which is separated from the rest of the house. He does not use any of the facilities or living areas upstairs. He will only go upstairs to clean daily or if a guest requires his assistance.

Other things to note
There is one security camera at the entryway, with a view of the main entrance and hallway.
- QUIET HOURS: 11 PM-7 AM - Please maintain a quiet atmosphere during these hours, avoid cooking, playing music, watching tv, etc.
