located one block off the G train line in brooklyn. 2 stops away from the brand new Barclay stadium, home of the Brooklyn Nets ..

The space
great space for you and 2 others.

As you know, this is a basement apartment.
Unfortunately, there will be footsteps above your head..

There is no kitchen in the apartment. And cooking is not allowed. However, there is a kitchen nook for heating up leftovers, making coffee, tea, etc..
You also have a refrigerator for storing small items.

Please don't be smarter than everyone and buy a hot plate or air fryer. That will only blow the fuse in the basement.
