Located in the old city of Barcelona, 150 meters from the Barceloneta beach surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants and close to Barceloneta Market, this 35 sq.m apartment is very bright, newly renovated and furnished.
It has a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. 3rd floor of a typical Barceloneta building with no elevator. Apartment balcony has a side view of the sea.
