4 double bedrooms. Stunning master loft bedroom has beautiful en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. The house bathroom on the first floor has a bath and shower and also an adjoining utility room with separate washer and drier.
Separate ground floor front lounge has an open fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere and a comfy sofa bed to add even more versatility to your sleeping arrangements.
Open plan ground floor space also has separate cloakroom and WC.

Very quiet neighbourhood. Cul de sac street so no noisy through traffic. Close to a fantastic choice of green spaces such as the Museum Gardens, Rowntrees Park (with great kids playground) and York Racecourse . 1 minute walk to fantastic local restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes walk into York with all it's wonderful shopping, bars and restaurants (happy to offer recommendations!).
Sainsbury's Local supermarket across the road has all the essentials for your stay.
