On the first (top) floor of a 2 families house the apartment has private access and it is internally composed as follows: large living room , separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms: two of which with double bed and the other with two single bed, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony overlooking the lake with stunning views.
Outside the garden is equipped with barbecue for guest use and it is also available a private parking space.
Equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, washing machine, TV with German channels, cot and highchair. Pets are welcome.
Located in the hamlet of Croce the apartment is within walking distance to a grocery, a bar, a restaurant and for golf lovers the famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is just 500 metres far away.
The town centre of Menaggio is 2.5 km far away and it easily reachable in 5 minutes by car. Car is recommended.

Menaggio is one of the largest and most popular town of the lake. It is located right in the middle of the west shore in a strategic position from which you can easily reach many destinations including: Tremezzina area, Bellagio, Como and Lugano in Switzerland.The town centre is characterized of shops, bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes. In the main square is located the Tourist Office where you can find detailed descriptions of all attractions, there is also a well-stocked library and a mini golf.
Summer evenings are enlivened by shows with music and entertainment and typical market.

- We will require at the moment of the check-in your credit card number as guarantee for any damage caused at the property during your stay or in case of no-observance of the house rules.
-No smoking inside the property;
-Pets are welcome;
-Electricity, cooking gas and water are included in the price, please we kindly ask you to avoid waste. During the winter the heating is not included and we will charge € 40 per week;
-The property must be left in the same condition in which it was found except for cleaning. Guests are aware that if encounter one of the situations mentioned below they will be required to reimbursement:
• Damage to the property and the environment,.
• incursion fines derived from illegal activities and subletting;
• Loss of keys;
• Damage or loss of linen and towels;
-Garbage must be thrown in the special containers located throughout the area, the guests agrees to empty fridge, freezer and kitchen in general of all the foods and to wash and put away the dishes used by them;
-Guests must abide by the rules of good neighbourliness and not disturb the neighbours;
-After the booking confirmation trough airbnb you will receive an e_mail from us which include: our booking confirmation, check in instruction and a form which we kindly ask you to complete and return to us, as soon as possible, in order to proceed with your registration.

Conforme à la description donnée et aux photos. Certes ce n'est pas moderne mais la vue sur le lac est splendide et il y a tout le confort nécessaire, avec 3 vraies chambres. Une voiture est par contre obligatoire pour aller à Menaggio. Le parking de l'appartement est assez grand et on est à l'écart par rapport à la circulation, globalement au calme. A recommander pour visiter la région de part sa position centrale sur le lac. Quelques difficultés pour se garer à Menaggio pour récupérer les clés à l'agence.

l'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Menaggio et il est obligatoire de prendre sa voiture pour descendre à Menaggio. l'appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel, la terasse donne effectivement un super point de vue sur le lac. Notre séjour s'est bien passé et la relation avec l'agence à été bonne. Une petite bouteille sur la table à l'arrivée, cela fait toujours plaisir.

Bon accueil, l'agence gestionnaire est en plein centre de Menaggio. L'appartement est dans les hauteurs, avec une vue magnifique. Ceci nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances, malgré de mauvaises conditions météo.
