25 m² studio in Terre Sainte, 300 m from the beach and close to the city centre and the University Hospital.
Private terrace, Wi-Fi. Simple, practical and unpretentious, it is perfect for a quiet stay.
No sea view, but the location is ideal: shops, restaurants and transport just a few minutes' walk away.

The space
The studio is equipped with a kitchen with the essentials (microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom and a queen-size double bed (160 cm).
We provide linens and towels.

You can also enjoy a private wooden terrace, equipped with a dining table.
