New & cozy mini-house only 15 m. from the sea on a calm place. It's not possible to live closer to the sea than this.
Some guests have even been arriwing by kayak, there is possibilities to keep the boats here.
Good possibilitys for fishing from land.
Close tho great valleys, mountains, wild nature, forest and lakes.
Hesten, Segla, Keipen, Grytetippen, Breitinden, Bukken, Skinkollen, Astritinden, Tustern and Bukken are mountains in very close range from the tiny cabin.
Nice for trips in the nature summer and winther on skies.
It's a good place for watching aurora/ northern lights on the sky. There are no streetlights in here.
The building has two rooms.
One is livingroom/kitchen/bedroom (in the same room).
The other is bathroom with all you need.
Outside grill, table and chears.
Good standard.
Smoking and animals are not allowed inside the building.

The space
Stedet ligger fint til for seg selv, uten bråk fra naboer.
Mini-huset bare 15 meter fra sjøen på en høyde med god utsikt utover fjord og fjell. I tillegg ligger det i umiddelbar nærhet av fjell, daler og fiskevann som er ettertraktede turmål både sommer og vinter.
Meget gode forhold for nordlys her. Ingen gatelys langs veien.
