Corte del Sole has a large enclosed courtyard with a fountain, BBQ, bench and games for children, private and covered parking for cars, or other. The apartment has a large terrace with table, the house is perfectly renovated and the amenities are new. The room has a quiet terrace overlooking the internal garden. La Corte del Sole is located in the historic center of Dormelletto, in a quiet and sunny area. Nearby you can walk in a few minutes all the main services you need (post office, minimarket, bar, pizzeria restaurant). With a short walk you reach the most beautiful beaches in the country. The structure is perfectly positioned between the lake and the Lagoni Natural Park, an ideal destination for walking and mountain biking. Very close to the structure there are outdoor swimming pools with slides and park and mini golf. The city of Arona full of attractions and entertainment is 3 km away.
