The space
GrandView #106 is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your patio while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.
Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

In each bathroom, you'll find two additional rolls of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes two rolls of paper towels for your convenience.
Additionally, we've included cooking spray, salt and pepper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a fresh sponge to facilitate your culinary adventures.
You will also find an all purpose cleaner and toilet bowl clean in the laundry area to help clean up any messes during your stay!
While we're unable to accommodate special deliveries for extra supplies during your stay, you'll find several local markets nearby for any additional needs.

There’s something magical about waking up by Lake Chelan, with its clear blue water, open skies, and the peaceful sounds of nature all around you. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the deck, skipping rocks, or watching the sunset dance across the lake, this place invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty that only nature can offer.
Please remember that the lake can have sudden weather changes and waves, and conditions can shift quickly. Always supervise children and pets near the water, use life jackets when appropriate, and use caution when swimming or launching watercraft.
🐞 A Note About Nature:
Although Lake Chelan is a busy little town, it’s still a rural area—and being by the lake means you will encounter bugs and even bats. Gnats, box elder bugs, and other small visitors are common, especially near the water. Our housekeeping and maintenance team does a great job keeping spaces clean, but bugs can happen.
We also have bats in the area, and while they may seem surprising, they are harmless and actually help keep the bug population down! You may see bats out and about in the evenings, especially during warm summer nights. If you happen to come across a bat napping in an unexpected place, please let our staff know, and we will safely remove it for you.
It’s important to keep doors closed as much as possible, especially when bringing in groceries or luggage, as even a few minutes with the door open can let bugs sneak inside. We also recommend bringing bug spray so you can comfortably enjoy every moment outside.
