Sunny and spacious studio cottage in the heart of Virginia-Highland. Enjoy a beautiful tree-lined street while steps from thriving N. Highland Ave, filled with an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. The cottage is located behind our main home but for your convenience is accessible through a private entrance from the back of our yard.

Located in close proximity to all the best Atlanta attractions: minutes from Downtown, the Beltline, Piedmont Park, and the Botanical Gardens.

The space
This cozy and well furnished cottage includes a plush California King bed, fresh white linens, a SmartTV with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now and Disney+, a kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (we provide coffee K-cup), and a desk perfect for working remotely.

Once you enter the yard, a beautiful lighted stone pathway leads to your entrance. You have a private and lush patio space with a bistro table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

While we hope you love the space, we hope you'll also love being a short walk from Virginia-Highland's thriving business district with unique boutiques, food, desserts, wine, coffee, and so much more. It's only a short drive or bike ride away from Atlanta's thrilling attractions and most vibrant neighborhoods including Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Little Five Points, Piedmont Park, The Beltline, Botanical Gardens, High Museum, Fox Theater, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and much more.

Guest access
The door keypad allows all hours access. Use the private entrance through the gate in the back of the property, which is easily spotted by a lighted pathway. Free parking is located on the street.

In addition to our routine cleaning, our professional cleaning team wipes down all hard surfaces with disinfectant and changes every single linen after each guest.

Trendy Virginia Highland is a string of shopping villages interspersed with charming bungalows in an appealing, pedestrian-friendly layout with restaurants, shops and night spots.

The neighborhood boasts Atlanta's oldest restaurant, Atkins Park Tavern (10 min walk from the guesthouse), which is open for lunch and dinner and serves food until 2 a.m. Another long-time diner, Moe's & Joe's (2 min walk) has been open since 1947, serving burgers, sandwiches, tacos and other simple fare, as well as beer and cocktails.
