Tudor Cottage is a traditional 16th century stone cottage, full of original features, exposed beams and modern home comforts. Set in the beautiful Peak District village of Foolow with quiet, country lanes, pretty limestone cottages, a village green with a medieval cross … even a picture-perfect duck pond, complete with ducks.

The space
The cottage was our family home for over 30 years which we have lovingly restored, keeping the original features while adding modern home comforts.

The cottage is full of character with exposed beam, a log burning stove and a some low ceilings (be prepared to duck every now and again). The 3 bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for 5 plus a baby, with a double bedroom , a twin bedroom (which can be put together to make a king) and a single bedroom. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and cosy living room.

Outdoor patio space is available at the front and rear of the property.

Dogs are welcome in the cottage, but should not be left unsupervised in the cottage at any time during your stay. A travel cot, bed guard, and high chair are available on request. Bed linen & towels are provided. There is a bicycle store should you wish to bring your bicycle.

Perfect for both summer and winter breaks.
