The space
In 2014, we bought the heart of what was once a large German Farm & Ranch. We started a 4 year journey of refurbishing the original 1930's house. After the farmhouse was completed, we took an old "work shed" and converted it into a fully equipped 800 sf guest house apartment. The Master has a king bed, full size closet & tv. There is a washer/dryer provided to help our long-term guests, as well as additional storage throughout. The den couch has a fold out queen & additional TV. A full size Spa Bathroom with a walk in shower and big, fluffy towels are provided. There are full size appliances in the stocked kitchen. Private Guest House deck included, as well as a fire pit area in the yard. Guests have ample, paved parking. There is room for a trailer, if you are towing, just let us know at booking. Please note that this is a RURAL area & there are various types of wildlife & birds, as well as cows & goats. The farm provides an enclave of peace & quiet with Main St. just minutes away.

Guest access
We are continually trying to improve and add areas of interest for our guests to enjoy. The guest house is +/- 800 sf with private deck and parking. We have added more storage furniture & a washer & dryer for long term guests. We encourage guests to walk the property and see the Humming & Red Birds as well as the many Martins, deer, cows & goats that are our neighbors, just to name a few. There is enough room to park a trailer, if you are towing motorcycles, kayaks, jet skis, ect.

Other things to note
WiFi--BREND NEW fiber optics dedicated to the Guest House. Local channels & Netflix are available and provided. Guests are welcome to connect to their subscriptions.

Lives in Boerne, Texas
My husband & I love to travel. It is my hearts desire to see as much of the world as possible. We have taken what we like in a destination & have created a place we hope everyone will enjoy as much as we do, in the farm. I grew up spending time on my grandparents farm, and I find myself remembering those days now that we live here. Being natural "do it your self-ers", it has taken a lot of hard work to bring this property back around from the abandoned mess we bought. But, it has been is a truly wholesome experience. We are very "hands off" hosts, but are usually around should anyone need something. So far, the most repeated comment is the feeling of "Peace" the farm brings to our guests. We hope the Peace we share with you brings you back again & again!
