I think this review is rather mean spirited, I'm afraid. I arrived at the Triangle, just 1 minute after I got the first indication of a problem at 9.30 pm. I adjusted the tap and tested the water. At first it felt as though warm water was beginning to come through, hence my initial comment that it was starting to warm up. Unfortunately it didn't get beyond tepid. I was very regretful and apologetic. Charli then told me her partner had noticed it wasn't working the previous day when he arrived. I said I would have happily called a plumber immediately, if I had known. Realistically 9.30 at night is too late to call a plumber. There was little prospect of fixing it that night. I was polite, helpful and kind at all times. While I was there I offered to bring her a bowl of warm water or to have a bath at my house. She just said she was tired as she'd been up since 5.30. No idea what the 'blaming vibe' refers to. Perhaps she misinterpreted my surprise when I saw the mountain of clothes on the floor of the apartment. There was far more than the normal luggage for a 2 day stay. Charli explained she was sorting out garments she kept in a local storage unit... This caught me off guard, but I was perfectly kind and understanding. The room heating works perfectly and only needed adjusting as required. It's a simple electric radiator.
