Wake up to the chirping of birds & elegant swaying palms in this luxurious row villa situated in lush greenery, nestled in the quaint, peaceful village of Dabolim, along the banks of the River Zuari. It is located in central Goa so as to allow easy access to the North & South of Goa & a place to come home to straight from your flight- also, there's no way that you would miss your flight because of a traffic jam!
The space
The spacious four-bedroom poolside villa is one of six homes located within a small gated complex with landscaped gardens and a sparking pool. There is one car park space allotted to each of the homes and you are free to park within the complex. The villa has three levels in addition to a terrace which has a stunning view of the lush green surroundings.
You enter into the ground level, directly into a comfortably furnished living space with comfortable seating and a television, that is connected to a dining room and a kitchen having all the essentials including a gas cook top, water purifier, fridge, crockery, utensils etc. We can provide a small barbecue grill with coal (₹1000/- per day upon availability). There are two bedrooms on this level both rooms have spacious balconies. On the second level there are two bedrooms with attached balconies, each level having one washroom.
Guest access
We at Sun-Kissed Holidays Goa strive to give all our guests, a clean, comfortable and amazing stay in Goa, which is why the villa is primarily set up for guests and you can treat the home as you would your own, for the duration of your stay. The villa is equipped with all amenities and comforts to suit self-catering travelers but restaurant deliveries and home-cooked meals are also available for those who would rather not cook.
Guests will be able to park their vehicles within the gated complex and have access to the common outdoor spaces like the landscaped gardens, gazebo, and enjoy the refreshing swimming pool.
Other things to note
The following are a list of rules, standards and regulations to be maintained and followed whilst staying at our property Sun-Kissed Holidays, Goa- Emerald.
Non-compliance with the same may be penalised as deemed appropriate by the hosts.
1. Identification of Guests:
a. Please send us any one government identification for each of the guests intending to check in to our property, prior to checking in. This may include Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.
b. You may additionally be requested to deposit one original ID with us at the time of check in, for which we will be responsible.
c. Non-Indian guests would need to provide a photo of their visa.
2. Check-in-Check-Out Times:
a. Check-In Time is 1PM.
b. Check-Out Time is 11AM.
c. Subject to availability and upon intimation to us, an early Check-In or a late Check-Out may be permitted at the rate of Rs. 600/- for each additional hour.
d. In the event of a last minute booking that alters availability during times you wish to have the property but have not officially booked, the early check-in and or late check-out will not be available.
3. Whilst at our Property:
a. Do cooperate with the security and the staff at our property and understand that they are doing their jobs in order to keep you and the premises safe and striving towards making you more comfortable.
b. Speed limit inside the premises in 30 Km Per Hour.
c. Any damages to the property, amenities, appliances etc. will be recovered from the guests.
d. Lights, fans and air-conditioners ought to be switched off while leaving the premises. Failing which, and if discovered to be left wastefully on in absence of any registered occupant of the premises the main power supply will be switched off.
e. Smoking is only permitted in balconies and open spaces, and under no circumstances, is it permitted indoors.
f. The use of narcotics/illegal substances and indulgence in immoral activities will not be tolerated our property.
g. No disrupting the peace by drinking or roughhousing after 10PM as other residents of the property should not be disturbed during the nights.
h. Our staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy, but please ensure that you are taking care of your belongings as we will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.
i. Our caretakers will there to assist you with whatever you need, do get in touch with them and they will sort out whatever you need.
We will share their contact details with you prior to check-in.
j. Hosts and caretakers will not be responsible for any accidents or any unforeseen events that affect the guests during the course of their stay.
4. Additional Guests:
a. Admittance to a property will only be given to the registered guests and no additional persons will be permitted.
b. Each time an additional guest enters the property, an additional fee of Rs. 1250/- will be levied for each day.
c. Additional guests, even if willing to pay will only be permitted upon clearing it directly with us, the hosts.
d. ID proof of any additional person entering our property is mandatory.
5. Cleaning:
a. Kindly note that cleaning charges from this platform are paid towards setting up, cleaning up and sanitising the premises in anticipation of your arrival rather than during your stay.
b. Our staff will provide a clean-up (sweeping, swabbing, bathrooms, linens and not dishes) once every three days, unless you request it more infrequently.
c. Linens and towels are changed once every three days.
d. Do wash all dishes/crockery/cutlery that that is utilised by you as this is not a task undertaken by our staff.
e. Please utilise the provided segregated garbage bins for your waste rather than leaving it lying around or putting it in the wrong bins.
f. Additional clean ups can be requested as per staff availability and will be chargeable at Rs. 600.
g. We want to make you as content as possible during your stay with us, but please do be respectful of our space. While we'd love for you to treat the premises and outdoor areas as your own and enjoy them thoroughly, please be respectful of our space and keep it reasonably clean.
4. Swimming Pool:
a. Swimming Pool hours are 7am to 7pm.
b. Proper swim wear required to avail the swimming pool facility.
This means that you would be required to wear bathing suits rather than regular clothes, t-shirts, denim shorts and so forth for the sake of hygiene.
c. No food items and beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) are allowed in the pool.
d. Pease note that the pool is only available for your use during these days so long as you and your group have COVID-free certificates.
e. During the Pandemic, pool usage is subject to availability and safety codes in place at the property on the given days and may be restricted on the spot.
f. Hosts and Caretakers are not responsible for any accidents or events arising from the guest’s usage of the pool.
