Haus Sonnstein consists:
ground floor: spacious kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bath room with shower and bath, separate toilet; from the kitchen access to the 16m2 large balcony with a great view of the Langbath valley and the ski- and hiking mountain area Feuerkogel; 1st floor: large living room with fireplace storage stove, 3 bed rooms, a toilet. large terrace and garden with barbecue and garden furniture. situated sunny and quiet south-facing slope, near the trail to the Great Sonnstein

The space

Our holiday house is located in the heart of the famous Salzkammergut, the Austrian region of mountains and lakes, in the village Ebensee on the southern shores of lake Traunsee.
In the middle of nature (but not far from the center of the village), near the trail to the mountain Great Sonnstein and in front of the ski- and hiking area of the mountain Feuerkogel.
Walking, hiking, mountaineering, skiing int he family resort Feuerkogel or in the nearby Ski Arena Dachstein-West -which connects 3 valleys, bathing and swimming in the nearby beach (free) or Kyte surfing (one of the largest Kyte Hot Spots of Europe), sailing, fishing, visiting thermal baths, city visits, salt mines, caves,.... or simply enjoy the tranquility and make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the holiday house or indoors in the living room in front of the fireplace.
Attention: The house is not barrier-free. The garden is not fenced. The house can not be reached by car - the last 80m can only be reached on foot via a short staircase and a footpath. In winter there is no snow removal!
Well behaving dogs are welcome! We charge 10€ per dog and night.

Ich bin gebuertige Oesterreicherin und wohne seit ueber 10 Jahren im Elsass. Nun seit einiger Zeit schon komplett inmitten der Natur mit unseren Hunden, Katze, Pferden..... Ich bin ein naturbezogener, tierlieber Mensch und liebe die in unserer Gegend unberuehrte Natur , mit den Hirschen, Wildschweinen, den tollen Wanderwegen, .....Aber auch die nahen idyllischen elsaessischen Doerfer der Weinstrasse und Staedte wie Colmar und Strassburg faszinieren mich nach wie vor. Es ist toll, neue Leute aus anderen Laendern, Regionen kennenzulernen und meine Sprachkenntnisse etwas auffrischen zu koennen. Urlaub soll eine ganz besondere Zeit fuer jeden sein... ich freue mich sehr, wenn sich die Gaeste bei uns inmitten der Natur super wohl fuehlen, entspannen koennen und sich fuer die Vielseitigkeit des Elsass begeistern koennen.
