You will be staying in a pretty south-facing villa with guaranteed sunshine! The place is nice with a magnificent panoramic view. You will occupy one of our two accommodations in the villa. Fully air-conditioned, it includes 3 bedrooms with large beds, 2 bathrooms with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful outdoor area with barbecue. Your accommodation combines all modern comforts in a setting and environment typical of the beautiful South of France!
The space
This is a very comfortable, bright (south-facing, sun from sunrise to sunset), air-conditioned accommodation for 6 people, with beautiful materials, and clear and warm decoration.

There are 3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed
1 bedroom on the 1st in "open space" with a double bed
In each bedroom you have a wardrobe with hangers.
There are 2 toilets, in 2 bathrooms, one bathroom with large 140 x 80 shower and one bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails, towels, bath mats.
The kitchen is functional, perfectly equipped with a real oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer. (Also a clothes rack)
The south-facing living room directly overlooking an outdoor area exclusively reserved for your accommodation guarantees beautiful moments in perspective... as a couple, with family or friends.
Each private outdoor space is enclosed and flat. It has deckchairs, parasols, a large table and chairs for your meals as well as a barbecue reserved for your accommodation.
A gate allows you to access the common areas of the villa (such as the pool, petanque court or children's play area). The pool is therefore common to both accommodations. In the pool area, you have deckchairs, parasols, a shower and two garden lounges, one on each side of the pool for the tranquility and friendliness of vacationers!

We have pétanque balls at your disposal as well as a bench near a medlar tree for the referees!
The accommodation is equipped with high-performance air conditioning (DAIKIN hot and cold) in all rooms and for winter stays, in addition to heating, the latest generation insulation guarantees you incredible thermal comfort.
Its location is ideal for sunbathing with beautiful sunrises and sunsets by the pool. The exteriors are spacious (plot of 1500 m2) and pleasant (birds of paradise, olive trees, lavender, lemon tree etc...) with a petanque court and a space for children....

You have an outdoor area that is exclusively reserved for your accommodation as well as shared areas such as the swimming pool, the petanque court and the children's play area. We also own the other listing which is identical to yours. Everything is fully fenced for child safety.
We are located on the hill of the residential area of Montaleigne, on a private road, away from the main noisy roads. The property is perfectly accessible for all types of vehicles. Free parking is available on the fully fenced property.

For travelers arriving by plane, you will also find in the accommodation a beach umbrella as well as a cooler for your picnics
Other things to note
We can also gladly advise you on good places for restaurants, attractions or other specific requests depending on the season and your needs.
On request at the time of booking we can add a baby crib, high chair, baby bath, bouncer... Baby dishes are already in the accommodation.
