The space
Villa is located on the hill at the begining of Gonio. Villa has wonderful views of the sea, Batumi & mountains. It is very green around and even in very hot summer days you can feel a pleasant breeze in the evenings from the mountains. The place creates very mixed feelings, as you can see the mountains, the city and the sea very close to you at the same time.

One of the must see places, such as Gonio Fortress is just in 1.3 km distance and Batumi is in 10 min driving distance from Villa Gonio. Turkish border - Sarpi, is very close too. The nearest airport is Batumi International Airport, 6 km from the property.
