Charming house near the sea (2 km) with nature around the corners and lake views and swimming area in beautiful Källsjö a few 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with space for 10 around the table. The house has two furnished guest houses in the courtyard with sleeping places, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse pasture and with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, great space for children to play.

The space
The house is a newly-renovated single-story villa with two guest houses. It is modernly decorated with beautiful wallpaper and large cozy social areas. The bedrooms are spacious and fresh. The balcony is large and overlooks the lake and a horse pasture. The house is equipped with most of the things you might need during your stay.

In the two guest cottages, there is a double bed in one and in the other a single bed with a pull-out extra bed and a 1.40 bed

The house is surrounded by a large plot of land and is located privately without close neighbors. The plot and the balcony are south-facing and on the lawn there is a swing set for the children to play in. The plot is surrounded by horse pastures and beautiful nature.

Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation but can be booked for an additional cost. SEK 1,500 for cleaning and SEK 150 for sheets and towels per person.

Lillsjön is a safe place for people from all minorities and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, gender and sexual orientation.

Other things to note
The house should be left in a clean and nice condition.
Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 1500, to be sure we can arrange cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible.

If the house is left uncleaned, a fee of SEK 2,500 will be charged.

Bed linens and bath towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 150/person.

Lillsjön is located in the small village of Vicklinge, 8 km from the summer town of Öregrund with its boating, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, nightlife, bars, mini golf courses, swimming areas, etc. 10 km from Öregrund golf club and paddle court. 10 km to Östhammar with, among other things, the acclaimed restaurant Forslundska Villan. 300 meters from the house is the closest bus stop where bus 811 goes.

A few kilometers from the house you find Kallrigafjärden's amazing bathing water with several unknown gems to bathing spots.
