I am a small business owner in the mid city area New Orleans. I absolutely love this city the food the music the festivals and I do it all. Myself I’m a big FOODIE. I have my favorites from neighborhood joints down the street to the White tablecloth Michelin star/James Beard award winning restaurants. Great thing about New Orleans you can find really YUM food just about anywhere. Many neighborhood joints have James Beard award winning chefs. I am always discovering a new fave. Music I love live entertainment and we have GREAT Music venues throughout the city from the outdoor concerts, to the local dives or the seated performances at The Auditorium in Armstrong Park. Who doesn’t love a great Bar scene. New Orleans has many Bars in many neighborhoods. Starting with Bourbon St in The French Quarters, how about a hole in the wall in the Historic Treme’ or a pool bar in the Bywater, Frenchmen St in the Marigny neighborhood and Magazine St in the Irish Channel. The list goes on and on and on. Lol We also have many great museums throughout the city everything’s on exhibit from our Culture to the history of the City. We have one of the best children’s museums completely hands on this is always a wonderful afternoon with the kids. New Orleans Museum of Art in City Park is one of my favorite because after touring the museum it’s a short walk through the park for Cafe’ o latte and Beignets at Café Du Monde’ City park location With indoor and outdoor dining. City Park is filled with many live oak trees. My goal is to help my Guest make the most of their stay here in The Big Easy. I want to give a combination of things to see and do that takes you from the Art scene to the Zydeco music scene. I want to help you discover more than just the French Quarters I want you to have a real sense of what this city and our people are about by the time you leave. :-) Laissez les bons temps rouler “Let the good times roll”
