Located in the heart of the undefeated city, more specifically in the famous Bairro das Artes, this charming villa has an artdeco presentation, combining in harmony decorative details that go back to the romantic with a hint of contemporary art, fitting perfectly with the surrounding area.

The space
The villa consists of a ground floor and a 1st floor with immense luminosity (direct light in all compartments of the house) and is perfectly adapted to receive 6 guests.

On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a queen-size bed each, 1 bathroom and a small balcony that allows you to enjoy this “corner” in all privacy to relax, have a coffee or tea.
