House Rules

TERMS AND RULES OF RIAD ADIKA
BOOKING
Our rates are set based on an occupancy of one or two people per room or suite.
In the rooms and suites that allow a third person may reside there for a fee listed on the tab for each room ( 20 euros per extra beds)
All prices are in euros and include VAT based on current 10%. Billing is in dirhams ; payment is made in euros during the day or Moroccan dirhams ( € 1 for 10 dhs ) . Payment must be made no later than the day before the departure date .
Municipal tax and tax to promote tourism in addition to any billing HT € 2.30 per day per person . These charges are completely transferred to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Office of Tourism.
Invoices can be paid either in cash (euros , Moroccan dirhams, dollars or pounds sterling are accepted) or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa). For payment by credit card, the bancairrs fees are added to the invoice amount ( 5 %). Cheques are not accepted .
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30 %. This deposit can be paid by check or bank transfer in euros if paid more than 20 days before the start of the service ( but references to the credit card issuer of the check will be required ) .
CANCELLATION POLICY
If it occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled start date for delivery , no fee will be charged and the deposit will be returned within 30 days (excluding booking exclusivity Riad , in which case it will be retained in full).
If it occurs between 30 and 10 days before the scheduled start date for the service, 60% of the invoice amount of the room / suite or rooms / suites will be due and collected minus the reservation deposit (except booking the exclusivity of the Riad , in which case it will be retained in full).
If it occurs less than 10 days before the scheduled start date for delivery or in case of no-show, the entire invoice is due and will be collected minus the reservation deposit .
In case of early departure , the benefit is payable until the final date of booking.
For all our promotional rates , benefits are not cancelable or refundable.
STAY
Airport transfer is a paid service included. This hosting service and friendliness avoid inconvenience can happen with taxis or unreferenced guides.
For better reception and greater usability , we propose, reservation card catering and room service. Of course , if unusual or unique events , we will look for you, a specific preferred meal.
Breakfast is included in the room price ( Bed and Breakfast) to residents of Riad excluding all outsiders will be charged 6 euros per additional breakfast . They are served from 8 am 15-11 am 30. Dinners are served in principle 19 h 00 to 23 h , but we will adapt to your specific booking requirements.
Riad Adika offers a table d'hôte open to the public .
Details of excursions offered by our partner that ensures your support starting from the Riad and takes you back without stopping at other hotels and establishments, is available at reception. You can inquire with our team.
Riad Adika is available to customers on the day of arrival at all times and must be released the day of departure also at any time.
To respect the tranquility of all our guests access to Riad after 22 H 30 will be made with the utmost discretion . Our Guardian , however, remain at your disposal for arrivals , departures or returns at all hours of the night. Access to Riad is prohibited , day or night, to any person not listed on the police book . IPOD / IPHONE and other sound equipment stations will only be heard by residents of each room.
Guests have neither use nor access to the kitchen of Riad as for laundry . Riad Adika offering drinks, meals and room service , you will not be allowed to bring any food or beverages of any kind from outside.
RESPONSIBILITIES
State of play
The rooms are fully equipped with bedding, duvet or blankets, pillow. The customer must , in its own interest , check on arrival the inventory and inventory as well as the proper functioning of electrical appliances ( hair dryer) and bathroom ( toilet paper, towels)
It is required to check and report any breaches to the home and , within 48 hours. Otherwise, it will be deemed to have received housing fully equipped without , later, he can prove otherwise. No application will therefore be considered later.

Facilities and equipment available must be used in accordance with their usual destination. They are under the care and custody of the customer as soon as he takes possession . It thereby assume the full responsibility . Any equipment not returned or degradation will result in payment of reclamation or to refund the current market value ( price displayed publicly) , and in addition to the cost of the service.
Safes in each room is available . In case of violation or defection of the locking system of the trunk resulting theft of money , jewelry, credit cards , camera photos or other valuables, the responsibility of Riad Adika can in no case be engaged. The same for all objects in the Riad , outside the safe, which would be lost , stolen or damaged .

COMPLAINTS
All claims during the stay must be reported immediately to the Riad Adika manager . In this case, the stay will be considered as well as well.
Any complaints must be confirmed within final 10 days after the start of the Customer ( after it has been made ​​by him during his stay with the Manager) , namely: - by mail at Riad Adika (put address )

- In case of disagreement , the courts of jurisdiction to Marrakech will resolve the dispute.
