Close to CHENNAI TRADE CENTER(1km), DLF IT PARK(2km), MIOT HOSPITAL(1km) and SIMS hospital Ramapuram(2km), SRMC HOSPITAL, GUINDY station 4 kms ,OLYMPIA TECH PARK 3kms, Phoenix mall 7 kms, T=nagar 8kms, U.S embassy 12 km & 8 kms AIRPORT & 15 minutes drive to our place.

The space
This is a private & compact independent air-conditioned portion about 90 sq ft and attached washroom. This has a separate gate on the right corner of the house. This is not connected to the main house ensures privacy . Also it is a compact private room on the ground floor back end corner of the house which gives a very cosy feel . Its about 15 minutes drive from the airport. This property location is equidistant to all main areas of the city about 30 minutes drive. Its located in a serene enclave cut off from the main road free from any sort of noise.

Car parking on dead end of enclave. No disturbance for that. Private entry through pathway leading to the room.

During your stay
Generally available for any sort of help and assistance. Since I stay in the other portion of the house you can call 24/7.

Other things to note
There is no kitchen but can guide guests in ordering the right food from the neighborhood. There is some good food joints about 5= 10 minutes walking distance. Zomato, Swiggy provides very good service.

3. Transport: uber/Ola , scooter rental avl..

6. Housekeeping is also provided on a regular basis for long stay..
7. Water :24 hours running water is available but please use judiciously as the city is having a shortage. We have installed ION EXCHANGE RO PLANT for the whole house. This water is processed through a kent 7 stage filtration system which we provide as drinking water for guests.
8. Garbage disposal: pls place bin outside the room which will be cleared. Kindly do not dump stuff other than tissue paper into the closet as it will wreck our drainage system.
