THE HIGHEST 5***** RATED AIRBNB PROPERTY IN THE AREA!!! and with FREE use of the stunning Beach Hut at Wells-next-the-Sea - This georgeous dog freindly home is situated in the thriving village of Burnham Market, it combines easy living with stylish design. Saltwater has oak flooring throughout, three bedrooms with luxury cotton bedding and three bathrooms with power showers. Open plan sitting and dining room and fantastic private and secure outside space.
The space
Daylight streams through the bi-fold doors in every principal room making it a light and airy space and makes the most of the famed 'big Norfolk skies'.
The large open plan sitting room has a log burning stove, for cosy nights in, and 50" 'Smart' TV. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for foodie lovers. The landscaped, very private and dog friendly rear garden has a large dining table with seating for eight and further large decked seating for chilling out and enjoying the sushine.
For the use of our guests, there is a huge pizza oven and Weber BBQ. To the front of the property there is a further six seater dining table to enyoy the sunshine at all times of day. Accessed through the front bedroom suite is an enormous 'cuddle sofa' for enjoying a refreshing drink after a long day on the beach.
There is off road parking for four cars - two on the drive and two at the front. The house is in a secluded area, on a no through road - whilst being only five minutes walk to the centre of the village, with its fabulous award winning restaurants, boutiques, fresh fish shop, butcher and wine merchant, to name but a few.
The property, being on one level, makes it ideal for the less mobile, as well as being dog and child friendly.

We are just 12 miles from Thursford, where The Christmas Spectacular - during Novemebr & December - is an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour, and variety. It’s a fast-moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year-round favourites. With a cast of 130 this is the biggest Christmas show of its kind in Europe.
