Your home away from home! Cozy suite in the lower level of quiet home in Kingston's east end. Kitchenette, TV's, dart board, fireplace, laundry room. Couch is long enough for an adult to sleep on + I have a child's cot & playpen. Express bus stop, Restaurants, LCBO, Groceries, Pharmacies minutes away. Please input accurate # of guests. Just 3km south of 401, 4km to CFBK, 6km to downtown, 8km to Queen's. Parking in driveway. SHARED FRONT DOOR with keypad, enter & descend stairs to the basement.

The space
Spacious recroom with cable TV, dartboard, gas fireplace & treadmill. Two private bedrooms with lockable doors, a kitchenette and a washroom give you all the comforts of home. My reviews consistently rave that the Suite is as described, or better than described. I aim to please. The only shared space is the laundry room, which you have access to! Whenever possible, we wait until guests have checked out before coming down to do our laundry. Host lives on-site and there is a shared front door.

I'm not much of a traveler, but I'm a great host. I love providing people with a clean, comfortable place to stay during their adventures, and have lots of little extras on hand in case you forgot to pack something. I love gardening and working with yarn - most of what I knit and crochet gets donated to local shelters. My motto is 'It doesn't hurt to ask', so if you have a question before or during your stay, please ask. I understand that guests need their privacy, but I'm always available for answering questions while you're here. I've lived in Kingston for 11 years and love it. I consider the city safe and very walkable. Explore, hike, shop, dine, then come home to unwind. Throw in a boat cruise and a trolley ride and you'll really appreciate my comfortable rec room, snacks and fireplace.
