Our beautifully presented modern 2 bedroom apartment is an ideal location for families and friends to explore Balloch, Loch Lomond and beyond. Situated in a quiet residential area with its own parking space, this apartment is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Balloch train station is a 5 minute walk away with direct trains to Glasgow; Stirling and Edinburgh (and their respective tourist attractions) can be reached within an hour’s drive.

The space
Our beautifully presented apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms – one king-size and the other a twin room, both with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has option of a king size bed or twin beds. Unless requested the bedroom will be made up as 2 single beds.
Ideal for couples, families or friends there is a generous sized living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. We provide a Pack and Play/travel cot and a high chair for younger guests. Towels are provided.
Guest access
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (top floor) of the building which has a communal entrance. The apartment has its own entrance – guests have full access to the entire apartment. The gardens are also communal with any area for drying clothes. Private parking is shared by residents and guests of this building.

Our apartment is located in Balloch, Scotland at the foot of
the Trossach’s National Park which conserves and protects flora and fauna such as Ben Lomond and Highland Wildlife. Balloch is a quaint village – a stone’s throw away from the stunning Loch Lomond that can be explored by boat, water-ski or by foot. Balloch Country Park is an area of approximately 200 acres and plays host to adventure parks for children, guided walks, nature trails, a sensory walled garden and stunning views of Loch Lomond as you enjoy your picnic.
Balloch also enjoys different events through the year including the Highland Games, Food and Jazz Festivals, Farmer’s Markets, and competitions that include the Great Scottish Swim and the Bobath Boat race. We are within close proximity of the West Highland Way and National Cycle Route 7. We can provide you with information on exciting adventures to be enjoyed by all ages - Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument or the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park in Aberfoyle if you are looking to travel through the trees on a zip wire!

I enjoy travelling, socialising with friends and family and getting to know new people from all over the world.
