Ideal if hauling out boat as close to all marinas plus free space for dinghy fantastic scenery with wi-fi & cable TV .The top floor bedroom apartment has no balcony but fantastic sea views and direct access to the large Roof Top that over looks the Marina and private Calivigny island

The neighbouhood is quite with a tranquility feel. You have to cross the Egmont bridge to get to this pleasent but not to far part of the world which is not hard to find as there are blue sign posts pointing to the apartment which is right next door to the Le Phare Bleu resturant and on the marina. There is a light house on the marinai which has been converted into a bar and has live music. A real treat when you stay at the apartments
